Aqua–Flo Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Bintang Baku Sdn. Bhd.) was incorporated end of November 1994 and began operation in mid 1995.Ever since its establishment, Aqua-Flo has been dedicated to providing quality service.  As a local pioneer in the field of chemical treatment in potable water and waste water, Aqua-Flo has enjoyed the advantages of technological and market leadership.          

Aqua-Flo is a subsidiary of Hydrovest Sdn. Bhd. (a Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad’s company).  Associated also with Taliworks Corporation Berhad which provides consultancy expertise to the company. (Taliworks is an established company with over 20 years of experience in water treatment in Malaysia). Aqua-Flo is backed by Taliworks Analytical Laboratory Sdn Bhd for full water analysis.
